The Heal Program Includes:

Many people enroll in our program for various reasons: Some come to lose weight; some come to learn how to eliminate medications or reverse a variety of metabolic or inflammatory diseases; and some just come to be educated on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and promote longevity. 

The foundation of our program is built on nutrition, exercise, sleep, spirituality, and community: our 5 keys to disease reversal and a healthy lifestyle. These keys significantly impact and are related to the underlying causes of disease and we help participants understand their implications through our 9 foundational educational video lectures.

Losing weight in the first 3 to 6 months of any program is not difficult, but the ultimate goal is to keep the weight off long term. For this reason, it is crucial to understand the process of weight gain and loss, the so-called yo-yo effect, which afflicts so many patients at about the 6 month mark. This is when the old habits return, and weight gain reoccurs. We explain and teach how to overcome this common and frustrating problem through our coaching.

In her over 23 plus years of practice, Dr. Klioze has helped hundreds of patients reverse various disease states, all of which take time and consistency. Steadfast behavior is what leads to healthy and persistent transformation. 

WHAT PLAN SHOULD I CHOOSE?

If you are new to our program, you will begin with our 4 Month Heal Educational & Coaching Program Part 1. Upon conclusion, you will continue with Part 2 and then Part 3 to complete a full year of meetings, access to our 9 core educational videos and one-on-one private Coaching Sessions. The unprecedented bi-monthly physician contact and personalized guidance by an experienced medical doctor like Dr. Klioze, is the feature that sets us above other programs and leads to real results.

If you have completed your first year of the Heal Program, you will be eligible to enroll in our subsequent Continue to Heal 2nd and 3rd Year Programs as part of our community at a discounted price. These memberships aim to help our clients maintain their disease-free state and hard-earned healthy transformation, and to keep updated with the changes in science during our monthly meetings.
Please note that you will have the option to pay monthly or for the entire year.
